Inside Sales

I. Objective

Move leads through the pipeline as you connect and learn about their business needs. Discover and vet new business opportunities aligned with company goals and objectives that place account executives in a position to sign agreements leading to significant increases in revenue. This role has a ton of growth potential within this organization.

II. General Responsibilities

  1. Focus on an outbound sales strategy established by the Director of Sales that results in lead generation and vetting

  2. Utilize tools and resources provided by the Account Based Marketing Manager to effectively communicate with prospects and clients

  3. Support the sales team by managing inbound inquiries that may lead to new business development

  4. Keep a positive attitude while facing challenges (and challenging prospects) on the phone

  5. Schedule QDCs (qualified discovery calls) with account executives
