COVID Policies

As conditions continue to evolve, TruPlace is committed to providing open and transparent communication with our partners. Please visit this page as needed for the most up-to-date information about our business operations.

PLEASE READ: Failure of any party to comply with these policies may result in a cancellation of your appointment.

TruPlace photographers must follow the CDC Guidelines in order to conduct appointments. If you or the representative meeting us is currently ill or has recently tested positive for COVID-19, the property must either be placed on a lockbox or will need to be rescheduled. To ensure the safety of our photographers, our clients, and our community, we have implemented appointment safety guidelines as follows:

  • Lockboxes/keypads are encouraged to minimize exposure for all parties.
  • Face coverings must be worn by our photographer and local regulations must be followed by all individuals present at the time of the appointment. 
  • All individuals must practice social distancing for the duration of the appointment.
  • Due to social distancing, we are unfortunately unable to review photos on-site during this time.
  • The property will be photographed as-is.

We remain open to serve our clients under normal business hours – 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EDT
