Annual Platform Service Fee

The annual platform service fee, $66/year, covers everything needed to keep your tour up to date and optimized over time, regardless of web browser/website or product changes. This includes guaranteed up time, product updates, and functionality, as well as tour analytics showing engagement. Cancellation requests on tours must be provided to TruPlace in writing prior to year 2 from when the tour is live/online.

Cancellation & Schedule Changes Policy

Cancellations or schedule changes made after 5 PM on the day prior to your appointment are subject to a $79 fee.
